About Cattail Pets

Cattail Pets is a pet-care service operated by Shanhe Holdings Inc., based in Ontario, Canada. We look after cats and companion animals in their own homes, where they're most comfortable.

Every booking is handled with care: we match you with a sitter, keep the same sitter for your visits wherever we can, and send photo updates so you know your pet is in good hands.

We serve Ottawa and the Leeds & Grenville region. For new clients we usually start with a free meet & greet so everyone is comfortable before the first visit.
