About these terms
These terms apply when you use Cattail Pets, a pet-care service operated by Shanhe Holdings Inc. in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account, booking a visit, or using our website, you agree to them.
Bookings, cancellations, and payment
Bookings are confirmed once we accept them and you complete any required payment step. For new clients we usually arrange a free meet & greet first. Please give us as much notice as possible to cancel or change a booking; late cancellations, or visits we cannot complete because we could not safely access your home, may be charged in full. Prices are in Canadian dollars, taxes such as HST are added where required, and payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Home access and your responsibilities
To care for your pet we need reliable access to your home. You agree to provide accurate access and pet details, ensure your pet is safe to handle, and tell us about any medical, behavioural, or safety concerns. You confirm you are authorized to allow us into the home.
Care, liability, and governing law
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, and we carry liability insurance and bonding. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
